Ethan,
I've been following your blog since your babies birth - I got hooked when I first saw it and only wish I was closer to you to be able to help you! (I live in Houston area).
My husband has been deployed for over a year now to Afghanistan and I really appreciate what you are doing with your letters of appreciation. He lost his best friend right in front of his eyes during the 2nd week of his deployment and has seen attrocities that we can only imagine. But, they are making a difference to the people there! Too much for this comment, but trust me, we are making a difference. I only hope we get the support to really get the job done and honor those who've given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and way of life.
Thanks again,
Laurie from The Woodlands

Ethan, thank you! Both our sons are back safely from their deployments. One would go back tomorrow, the other...not so much! Both have stories hidden in their souls that may never see the light of day, but the one thing that the both brought back was: We Made A Difference To The People there -- especially the children. Many Americans don't or won't see that aspect of it. God Bless You, Casey, and ALL those kiddos!

Carol in Arkansas
www.soldiers-mom.blogspot
