I was only 115, when I got PG with my daughter. I didn't really show until I had her, though I did gain 25-30 lbs. (I too was in the best shape of my life prepregnancy. I had a son previously.) I ran 5 miles a day until I was put on bedrest. I had her at 32 weeks. But after I had her, I dropped all of the weight minus 5 lbs in 24 hours and no one knew I had a newborn. I had to convince the nicu I was her mom. You however make it look so easy! 5! I only did it with 1! You are amazing! Though, I totally get the whole surgery thing! I now have 4 (separate births) and tried everything to get my body back, now I want the mommy 3fer too! And my husband said I could! Casey, I totally get it!
